Most customers use the courier service. The goods can be ordered at home, work or other address where the Customer can receive the goods. The goods are delivered by handing over at the front door. Delivery time 1-5 business days from the date of receipt of the payment on Voltride account, price starting from EURO 4.99 per item depending on size and weight of the goods. More detailed information can be seen when making a purchase. Shipping to islands may be subject to a surcharge. Before delivery, the courier will contact the customer and agree on a suitable time for delivery. The order will be handed over on the basis of an identity document. The courier delivers orders to customers on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
The parcel terminal
Small size products, spare parts or accessories can be ordered to a parcel terminal. The option of ordering to a parcel terminal can be selected at the time of making the purchase for the goods for which Voltride offers this delivery option. Delivery over Estonia is 1-3 working days after the payment is received in Voltride account, price EURO 3.99. Once the parcel has arrived at the selected terminal, a message is sent to the customer’s mobile phone with the required door code to receive the parcel. At the terminal you have to enter the code sent by message in order to receive the parcel.
Picking the goods up yourself
The customer can pick up the purchased goods at the Voltride dealership at Purje 8, Tallinn, 11911 on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm. Delivery time to the store is 1-3 business days after the payment is received on the Voltride account. Once the order is ready for delivery, the customer will be contacted by phone or email. The customer can also inquire about the time of arrival of the goods by calling 6004099 or e-mailing customer firstname.lastname@example.org. The goods are issued on the basis of an identity document.
